Rooftop Concrete Repairs & Waterproofing
Conducted a detailed Condition Report of a leaking rooftop membrane impacting the level below. Obtained competitive tender submissions from qualified remedial builders and successfully facilitated the remediation of the rooftop pool area, including the installation of a new waterproofing membrane, pool relining, glass balustrade replacement, and tiling.

Balcony Waterproofing
Addressed ongoing balcony leaks that had persisted for years despite multiple rectification attempts by various contractors. Developed a compliant remediation specification for the balcony and oversaw the installation of a new waterproofing membrane system, complete with a modern glass and aluminium balustrade.
Surry Hills
Magnesite Concrete Repairs
Investigated magnesite-induced concrete spalling causing floor slab damage and parquetry flooring detachment. Prepared a detailed Specification for slab repair, including reinforcement replacement and concrete repairs incorporating sacrificial anodes to extend the serviceable life of the repair.
Terrigal
Balcony Concrete Repairs & Structural Support
Remediated a deflecting (sagging) balcony slab by installing a steel support frame beneath the balcony for structural support. Additionally, a lightweight glass and aluminium balustrade was installed to reduce load on the cantilevered concrete slab.
Cremorne
Rooftop Waterproofing
Resolved leaks from a rooftop terrace affecting the level below by preparing a Specification and facilitating remediation using a paver on pedestal system. Existing balustrades were confirmed suitable to remain in place.

Terrace Waterproofing
Developed a Specification to address multiple leaks across a common property rooftop terrace. Managed the installation of a compliant waterproofing membrane, new glass and aluminium balustrades, and a paver on pedestal system for effective waterproofing.
Lindfield
Balcony Waterproofing
Prepared a Specification to address balcony leaks into the level below. Facilitated the remediation process with a double layer waterproofing membrane and a paver on pedestal system for increased durability and performance.
Chatswood
Balcony Balustrades
Developed a Specification for the replacement of corroded and non-compliant balustrades, including necessary concrete repairs to ensure compliance, structural integrity and longevity of the balconies.
Crows Nest
Rooftop Concrete Repairs & Waterproofing
Drafted a Specification to address a failed rooftop membrane that resulted in multiple leaks into the Lots below. Facilitated the compliant remediation of the entire rooftop membrane system whilst incorporating various HVAC upgrades.
Haberfield
Balcony Waterproofing and Balustrades
Developed a compliant Specification and successfully project managed the remediation of all balconies affected by water leaks and concrete spalling, while also rectifying non-compliant balustrades to meet current safety standards.
